Even after taking a burn, Kyurem can 2HKO Rotom-Wash with Outrage, and Rotom-Wash cannot touch it with Volt Switch and Hydro Pump. It being crippled by burn makes it one of the worse counters submitted in my opinion, but it is a counter nevertheless.
