I'd replace Zeraora or Scarf Kartana. I recommend removing Scarf Kartana. Zeraora and Tornadus is definitely sufficient speed control, so I'd use Kartana's spot for a pokemon like Weavile that can act as a ghost and dark resist.

Also very nice build for a new builder and even an intermediate one, keep it up! :)

would you recommend banded or SD weavile? ill try both and see which one works better.

I'd go SD. Also, do note that Bisharp could also work and it abuses Landorus that switch in on Zeraora with Defiant.

yeah, the team has been doing really well with the addition of bisharp! most low ladder teams can't handle specs lele + volcanion, and being able to switch bisharp in against non-low kick weavile and predicted shadow balls from everything is really helpful, though psychic terrain does annoy bisharp.

Actually, I have one question
whats the best way to improve my rain MU?
Rain is really hard to beat with this team, because while i don't care for the water attacks, ferro + peli is hard to beat.

Both Ferrothorn and Pelipper are beaten down by Tornadus Hurricane, Lele moves, and Zeraora. I don't think that defensive core is very thrratening to your team.
