To be frank I don't see why youd run a Starmie. But hey, if you want to you definitely need a Ghost resist. Weavile is the best, but you may need something stronger considering how slow your team is. A normal type or Kommo-o could also work.

Volcanion, Victini, Heatran, Blaziken, and Tapu Lele are extremely scary for you. I genuinely suggest removing Starmie, that mon is pretty terrible.

I have to agree. Starmie hasn't really done much in the games I've used it. I don't know what to replace Starmie with though. Do you have any suggestions?
