Rotom Wash seems good here, a solid Heatran answer is a must-have for Fairy spam. I do recommend you keep Weavile, since thats your only answer to DDnite. However, if you make Washtom have Toxic, you can then use Moltres, which seems pretty solid here. I'd also advise Specs Lele, I think it gives you the immediate power you need.
