This is kind of an odd team, and since its HO I dont think it can ever be consistent. However, I have some changes. Replace Pincurchin for max Special Defense Landorus Therian with Toxic, Sr, EQ, Uturn. Make rotom have a rocky helmet with max defense and HP investment for Weavile. Replace Reversal on Hawlucha for Close Combat, and consider replacing roost.
