Thank you! I'd recommend the new OU sample teams. Other than the 2 fat teams which I think are OK but not great, they're all very good. Go into the OU room and type "/rfaq s" in the chat. This will bring up the full list. :)

Go onto https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/ Ctrl + F "Chat Rooms" and OU should be the first option.
