This Necrozma set seems like it would benefit from Veil, Tapu Lele, or both. Necrozma behind Aurora Veil often demands Dragapult, since it can bypass veil and use Infiltrator Shadow Ball. You can use Agility on the switch, Calm Mind as they use Shadow Ball, and get a juicy 2.5x spatk to sweep.

Sorry for the late response. This looks like a pretty solid Necrozma HO. HO is pretty wierd though, you'll really just have to test to determine if the team is good or not.

Speaking of which, is there a way to counter rain without using a weather team? Barraskewda is always so threatening.

A weather mon is good, you dont need to base the whole team off of it. Volcanion, Gastrodon, and Slowbro are also nice. Rocky Helmet Ferrothorn can also really hurt Barraskewda.
