I had a look through your thread...my god you've done a lot of RNGing! O_O Anyway I'm pretty much the most indecisive person in the world, especially when it comes to choosing Pokemon, especially when there are so many amazing Pokemon to choose from, so I may have to get back to you on that one :P

Yeah, there are...there's a woman in the underground in Goldenrod, and maybe somewhere else too...but getting her happiness down will be easier than getting her happiness up, I'm pretty sure :) Lol I had a similar situation when I traded my Seadra to evolve it...it came back with default happiness and took FOREVER to get it back up to max to teach it Draco Meteor...sigh. Anyway, coming back online :)
