Sorry, I don't know of any on line list. Also, without Pikatimer, any seed someone else gives you may be problematic. If you're relying on an external clock, you need a seed that is close to your delay, but with Pikatimer you don't. So I suggest you find a way to fix your computer so it can download. There must be some setting you can fix. If you can't do that, than I suggest you use Emloop (link on first page of help thread). I'm not that good with Emloop but you can make it work for high delays. You'll need to ask someone on the help forum or the simple requests thread to give you a hasty seed for dialga with a good delay for your game. Then figure out how to make Emloop work for you.
