This looks pretty solid! However, Garganacl greatly concerns me. A standard specially defensive Tera-Fairy set with Curse Recover EQ Salt Cure is a 6-0. Your stall matchup is also far from ideal. To fix this, I would run Substitute on Skeledirge (Sub Torch Song Slack Filler), perhaps change to a physdef set, and run Encore over Spirit Break on Valiant.

What special moveset would you recommend on special Valiant I'm currently running Calm mind moonblast shadow ball and focus blast for garganacl coverage.

I'd recommend substitute if you'd like to beat Garganacl, it will ruin Block sets and give a turn of setup against Earthquake variants. CM Moonblast Psyshock Sub, or if you don't like substitute I like CM Psyshock Moonblast Shadow Ball with Tera Ghost
