    Hi sharpie, so my opponent from r1 actually won, but it appears he is new to the point he doesn't know to save replays and post wins. I've asked him if he saved the replays seeing as I did not, no response yet but likely going to be no. In the likely event he says no, is me saying I lost enough?

    Sorry to bother you - I had a question about the Hackmons Cup tournament. I didn't see anything about this in the rules post, and the thread said I could contact you. Are there any rules regarding using outside websites to check information on moves, abilities, and so on? Not consulting with other people, just looking up what a certain ability does, or things like that. Thank you!

    No, you're free to use other sites as referents, if you aren't familiar with a move/ability/etc. PS has a function for this - you can type "/dt [move]" for example, and that'll get you started - but Bulbapedia or w/e is also fine.
