Well done on top 500! As for this team: I would recommend not using Choice Specs Rotom, it isn't an effective breaker. You DO need a breaker here, which you currently lack. I recommend running Choice Band over Focus Sash on Samurott, and use the moves Ceaseless Edge, Aqua Jet, Knock Off, and Aqua Cutter with Tera Water. This will also be HUGE against stall.

Your matchup against Ghosts and Gholdengo is quite concerning, so I recommend Leftovers Protect Specially Defensive Rotom-Wash to aid this slightly. Your team is also quite weak to hazards, and bulky Tusk is very easy to spinblock. Try using max speed max HP with Headlong Rush over Earthquake to threaten Gholdengo more.
