I tried but it is way to hard I was close to getting a shiny buneary but a Bidoof broke my chain so sent out my Giratina and DracoMeteored it.

yeah I was thinking of training a Smeargle too. He would be so useless if Sketch didnt work like that
yes once he sketches the move he keeps it even after the battle
no problem and you should probably get a Shroomish with Spore (it learns that at level 45) then put it and Smeargle in a double battle. Have Shroomish use Spore then have Smeargle sketch it.
