    But yea board game wise went to pax unplugged recently and that was a ton of fun. some games ive played recently are nunatak, mansions of madness, stephens, terraforming mars and lord of the rings duel for middle earth. balance of new and older stuff

    I heard the lotr duel is crazy good, we can't keep any copies of it at work lol, I'll have to try it out myself sometime.

    whoa congrats! i played the StS board game recently -- i'm a big fan of the video game and it was kind of cool trying out co-op, although some things did feel inconvenient and more luck based in the physical version. i like Harmonies a lot! i just keep losing at it lol which is souring me on it (idk if it's the best at two players or maybe i'm just salty).

    some of my favorites lately are Ark Nova and The Gang!

    Yes! I've played a bit of Marine Worlds (hopefully will do more now that it's on BoardGameArena) and have tried some of the new maps from the map pack expansions. My friend wants an expansion about bugs lol. It seems he orders a new game expansion every week so he's definitely fallen prey to the issue you're talking about lol
