I'm super impressed, this looks sick. A few changes-- make Garchomp outspeed Modest Rbolt, it's only 40 EVs. You may also want to consider Tera Fairy on Garchomp to resist Kingambit Sucker Punch, you have Sinistcha (the best spin blocker ever) making Tera Ghost a bit less necessary.
