the fist thing i do is give them Ev's when there lv 1 so if i see this Ev's 252 HP and 4attk and 252 Def I put 8 vitamin in HP and 4 vitamin in attk and 8 vitamin in Def with the belt's on him and the pokerus too. thats how i do it
so if you have 252 HP and 4 in Attk and 252 in Def how would you put vitamin in that huh
