Using the Hitmonlee team; Uxie with created EVs, Ambipom, Tomb, Mixed NP Doom, Bulky Special LO Venusaur, (252 HP / 192 SpA / 64 Spe Modest) and now CB Lee. Doom / Venusaur / Hitmonlee weaken each others counters and generally one of them sweeps.

I don't worry about what the other mods do or don't do. I saw a problem and I fixed it. You always have more to lose, there is always being forum banned. No, that was not a threat.

I do see them from other mods and I ban them for it if it's bad enough. I didn't say I was biased, I said not talking in the chat meant I was unbiased. I don't care how people regard me on shoddy, I will continue to do my job same as ever. End of discussion.
I observe people just fine, I'm there to moderate, not to talk. There's irc for that and I don't see how being unbiased is a bad thing. Regardless, I'm tired of discussing this with you.
I do not have the time to waste answering questions like "do you battle?" 7 times a day or the time to waste answering stupid questions like "what does it feel like to be a mod?" If there are any legit questions people pm me and I usually respond. It's not your interactions with me that are a problem but how you treat other members of shoddy.
hint: don't post overly aggressive sarcastic filled messages on my wall. it makes me less likely to deal with you in a positive way. you have the same problem on shoddy with other users. if you had pm'd me even semi nicely I would've been much more receptive to hear your side of the story. as it is there is absolutely no chance i'm going to unban you and if i had my doubts about it before i'm glad i did it now.

Other moderators' actions do not concern me, their inaction can be due to anything, hesitancy, being afk, whatever. I moderate and do my job, I don't worry about what the other moderators do.
Nope, all previous moderations are taken into account during longer bans. First there's a kick, maybe a short 1 hour ban, then a 24-48 hour ban, and then a 1 week ban if excessive. The only reason I didn't act on those and kicked you instead of issuing a 1 week ban was because I wanted to avoid banning you for a week. However, you left me with little choice. The slate is not wipe cleaned after each moderation.
That, you insulted another user right afterward, and previous bashing which I let slide. I also received multiple complaints about you. All of the other users agreed that you deserved it at the time, including the ones you insulted. People are tired of your bullshit, myself included.
I had plenty of reason. I have warned you in the past repeatedly to cool it with the flaming and attacking of other users. It got out of hand enough last time that I had to ban you for 2 days. After this I thought you got the message, but you just kept on chugging away, to the point where I had to kick you repeatedly when I should had taken harsher actions earlier, but I mistakenly thought you would get the message. Well, I'm fed up with your behavior and I will not tolerate it any longer. Shape up or the bans will continue. And if you really wanted to discuss this, I'm sure there was a better way.
I think I'm going to try and learn how to RNG abuse pokemon. I know I know, but I really want a timid zapdos with hp grass and high power. Also I need a super high hidden power ground on a yanmega and I like them when they're shiny because they look like 80s disco colors :D
