Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
I cant prove that this is me because i got banned from the name but i got high on the stAAAbmons ladder with this cool team https://pokepast.es/14e4887555b75987
Hi everyone! Miss Crisis here, speaking on behalf of the PokeAAA council. Over the course of March, we watched this metagame develop in real time, as players poured their hearts and souls into this unique format throughout over 120,000 individual battles. PokeAAA offers something that almost nothing else can: interaction between multiple abilities on the same Pokemon. This core mechanic gives the metagame its own identity, far different than even Pokebilities and Almost Any Ability. Because of its resounding popularity and interest from the community, we're proud to announce the...
A team I made for Cross Evolution, new OM where you can evolve any mon into any other mmon as long as you respect the stage X -> stage X+1 rule.
If you want to know what pokemons stats are, you can use the command "/ce evolver, evolution" (e.g.: /ce girafarig, gholdengo), here's what it looks like for my team:
This OM is really funny because you can create monsters even more broken than Ubers mons.

Had to update cause Great Tusk was the wrong nature.
Grassy Terrain team with Lucha and Belly Drum Mega Chesnaught as the main sweepers. GKing for a switch in and max Def Tusk to take hits and remove hazards. Could probably run knock on Rillaboom instead of High horsepower
new month, new meta! If you thought Pokeabilities AAA was fun, next up we got STAAABmons, where each pokemon can have almost any ability AND can learn almost any move that shares their typing. With this team, Substitute Thunder Cage H-Electrode pairs up nicely with dual hazards Knock Off Ting-Lu, slowly chipping down the opposing team! Have fun!
Now that Alphabet Cup is finally back, I can post this team I was testing last time it was here. A Veil team featuring the Big Man himself, alonsige his Gen 1 brother. Blastoise and Venusaur both gain access to some incredible moves, turning them into powerful setup sweepers.
hey mr pokeaim
I built an LC team with the #1 worst pokemon and its actually competitive. https://pokepast.es/1f7329a18b62726a
the idea is that cosmog only gets splash and teleport so I put it on tspikes with double trap so that it can stall and pivot and do something for once.
playing with this team is some of the most fun I've had playing mons so I wanted to share it with you.
Got top 30 on the POKEBILITIES AAA ladder with this cool team, would love to see you try this, it features specs adaptability Gengar, supreme overlord Scizor and sword of ruin Chomp
Since POKEBILITIES AAA is bout to end soon might as well just drop this team here
Hi there, I've been watching your Monotype series. I wanted to give you this Normal TR team I've made. It's a uncommon team not often seen on ladder but it works well and I've been able to get pretty good elo with it. I hope you have time to try it out!
April's Fools Joke Idea:
Did you know you get eye tumors all the time from looking at screens for long periods of time, especially playing intense video games? They go away when you rest, sleep, and look at the sun.
Yo Joey, made a sheist Pokebilities AAA Trick Room team that got me to the 1400s and top 100. Also almost managed to defeat the current top 1 on the ladder, ROFnA, with it. I've tried making changes to it but this is the version I've found most success with (Gumshoos, Heatran and Regidrago are absolute monsters): https://pokepast.es/65fb23c5df80b3f1
Hey Joey, I've been playing some Pokebilities AAA and i think i made a pretty fun team.
We got sun revolved around Tough Claws + Iron Fist + Blaze Infernape, with some other cool stuff in there like Sheer Force Thundurus, and my favorite, Armor Tail Bulk Up Tusk, which allows you to ignore priority Brave Bird from Talonflame and kill it with Stone Edge, as well as ignoring Regieleki Extreme Speed. Generally being able to spam Headlong Rush without worrying about getting revenge killed by priority moves from the drops is really cool.
Joethy Pokeaimmd if I live and breathe. It’s a pleasure to have you showcase monotype! And with that I would like to drop some teams down if you do wish to use them on ladder! Enjoy!
Hey Aim! Really enjoying your Monotype series so far. I'm an active tournament player in the Monotype community and I wanted to share a Fairy team that I previously used to reach rank 1 on ladder: https://pokepast.es/86ad1451ff719d89.
Fairy is usually built around screens, but the idea behind this team is to use Fezandipiti as a bulky pivot to bring in Flutter Mane and Iron Valiant safely. Fezandipiti is EV'd to OHKO Ogerpon and Ceruledge. There are some other fun tech like Switcheroo Lagging Tail Klefki (works surprisingly often against a Gliscor lead).
If you're interested, I wrote a showcased RMT which goes into much more detail. Also happy to answer any questions. I hope you enjoy!
