That's a very nice Togepi. They're one of my favourite pokes too. I spent a few days just getting one from Cynthia. No nasty plot or baton pass if you catch them or get a gift, unfortunately.
I like skitty too, so if you do breed one for her, that'll be the pokemon to send me to cover that credit. ;-) My daughter loves skitties. She got bored with pokemon recently, but when she played, she had this milotic that she took all the way to level 98, plus her Skitty.
I just don't rush when I can help it. Pokemon actually helps take my mind off the pain. So that's good.
What are you RNGing these days? Did you ever try pokewalker abuse? I can't get my head around that yet.
