He really could. He's one of those pokemon that can play in OU extremely well if played properly. If you get the sand up it completely walls Gengar xD An evolution would make him a monster. I guess picking a pokemon to center your team around would be a good place to start
I know, but it makes sense that its banned. And I just read Matt talking about that alittle bit ago. No physical attacks so your spread would be better :D
For a Trick Room NU or UU team its the main sweeper... and its impossible to find anywhere.
Its a Quiet TR Clamperl with HP grass (Which is 31/30/31/30/31/3) No egg moves. Shinyness is not required but prefered. Its whatever would be most convient for you.

Have you read OmegaDonut's post below WildEep's post about using his ID/SID Finder? OD's post contains information on how to get MULTIPLE high IV shiny spreads with one ID/SID. I have like five good ones on my HG and five on my SS.
