You should give RNG a try, especially if you have Pt/HGSS.
Yeah I hear that a lot, but Serebii's is simple yet accurate if you already know the IVs of the PKMN. Thanks, I'll need a miracle lol. How are you getting these decent IVs for PKMN without RNG? I'm guessing you're breeding flawless parents together.

This is more accurate if you know the IVs of PKMN, but you can also calculate the HP if you know the EVs, stats, nature, etc. of the PKMN.
