Ugh, sorry, I was thinking a Hasty Counter Jynx, but that one is probably too hard as you can only catch Jynx in FR/LG... What about a Calm Clefable with 30+/x/30+/28+/30+/28+ and Wish, Softboiled, and Seismic Toss? I'm not sure how hard it is to breed Wish on there, but if that's too hard, Softboiled and Seismic Toss would work too.
