Ok. Now my issue is that I keep getting Date & time errors =/ I've checked my DS clock and even used the Pal Park syncing to make it exact. Still won't accept anything.

I could help you out for sure. I know what to do and how to do it, but doing RNG accurately and precisely is the hard part. I'll send you some videos on how to do it with AR if you'd like.
I know there's another method to RNG for perfect IVs and I think it involves the happiness checker? I wish I knew how to RNG correctly. I've come close a few times, but close doesn't cut it in this world -_-
Lol, I was considering putting it in the trophy case, but it's not flawless (HP Electric 70 only) so I just put it in under Ubers. I may reconsider because it's not easy to get Palkia (or any legendaries for that matter) with near-flawless IVs.
