What nature and IVs are you trying to get? I can try to find it for you. I'm assuming you want non-shiny, because your shiny spreads depend on your SID/OT having decent spreads to begin with.

well it seems that I did a quick research with a delay range between 599 - 700
The best spread I found was the one with a frame of 1143.
