  • Yeah. Just so you know it's only avaliable in SS. Just let me know when you're ready to go for it.
Stationary legendaries would probably be easiest. Do you still have the bird trio, Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Lugia, Suicine, Groudon/Kyotre, or Rayquaza left to catch.
Yeah, wondercards are do able. Although NPCs do affect it, iirc Cerulean doesn't have any NPCs. If you want to go check real quick, we can do that. Just note: Wondercard pokemon don't have set natures. So you may need to hit your delay/frame multiple times before you get one with a nature you want.
Do you have any other stationary legends? It is possible to abuse the runners, but you'd have to do it from the E4 (which is a pain). It took me 6 tries to abuse Entei (so I had to go through the E4 6, hit the delay, advance the frames, find out I missed and repeat). But stationary legends are easier (so long as there aren't any NPCs around).
Okay, so 20 (target frame) - 1 (starting frame) - 3 (roamers) - 9 (elm calls already made) = 7. So call Elm 7 times, then close pokegear and tap A like a mad man until you're in the battle. Then catch and verify with an online IV calculator (so long as the results all have a window where your target IV can fit in). Good luck, as I'm going to need to get off in a few minutes.

Oh, if you think it's about to struggle to death, use a Masterball. It's not worth repeating the entire abuse just to get it in a "special" pokeball.
Wait, was it 9 or 10 calls? I thought it only took 9 to verify seed. Go back to time finder, click HGSS, search elm, and count how many collumns there are.
The list should be there. You are in Method K, correct? It's within the list, beside actual frame if i remeber correctly. Guess we'll just have to go without it if it's not showing up.

Okay, so you have all 3 roamers out, have done 9 elm calls, and the starting frame for Latios is one. Everything correct with that? If so, call Elm 7 times. Then you'll need to close pokegear(click the button to close on the touch screen), and tap A like a mad man until you're in the battle. Once you catch it, use an online IV checker to see if the range looks like your IV spread could be in there.
If you see the Elm collumn, then continue to call elm (1 at a time). The order in RNG Reporter should match. You need to stop when the order matches everything up to frame 19's call.

Ex: If frames 15-20 calls are: E,E,K,P,E,K then you will want to stop after E,E,K,P,E. Sorry if this is a little confusing. My RNG Reporter isn't working so I can't walk you through every single step with the same info, so let me know what you don't understand if anything.
No, there's a collumn for Elm calls in the reporter as well. You can use these to make sure you're on the right target frame so that you don't waste time battling the wrong pokemon. The collumn is labeled "Elm". Do you see it now? It's near the left.
In Method J/K, by adding a synchronizer the game's formula makes it so it appears multiple times. Okay, do you see where the Elm call results are on the list?
Yeah, those are Ks. Okay, go back to the main page of RNG Reporter. Set the method to Method K, sync to Timid, and paste your seed. Press generate (make sure only shiny is NOT checked). What is the next frame that your target spread appears on (after 13)?
Its already been cracked, although I do not know how to do it. Ask Expert Evan, as he RNG abused quite a bit of Red Gyarados. =P
    Sure, its np bro. xD

I have been playing ALOT of Dragon Quest IX lately so I haven't had time to contact you. =x
congratulations! you have won a free Skarmory from my giveaway! Gonzo206 will be conducting the distribution, so contact him to receive it! thanks for participating :] the OT is SABINE and, if you put it in your trade thread, make sure to call it uberjynx's Skarmory.
Target minute, since the seed is made by using the time you entered the game for when you made the catch (since you should be entering the game at XX:59:00). The XX:56:00 is just when you're setting the clock and starting the timer.
yes, I do, BTW, on the "find Seed by stats" it has a "minute" button to fill, do I put in 59 (my target minute) or 56 (my starting minute for the project)
No, I don't think it would. Do you remeber how to see what delay you were hitting with the seed finder (leveling it up to 50, using custom search, etc)? If so, use that a few times and see if you can find out what you are hitting. It may just be that you are hitting pretty far off for some reason.
Are you still using the same timer you had set up yesterday, or did you close it and bring up a new one?
