Abnd then keep adjusting EV's untill they match the Pokemons stats.

Yeah, the Skarm has 252 HP/4 Def/ 252 SpDef (the specially defensive set on Smogon) and the Ursaring is like 252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Speed.. or something like that.
