  • Yeah, I can trade now; I will use my Diamond FC. Okay, I'll be sure to trade it to the others when they're ready. See you on WiFi.
    Sure, I would like to be one. I already have 3 RNGed pokemon of my own so far and will be getting more hopefully soon (running out of time). By the way, thank you again for helping me with RNG before!
    Hey, just throwin' in a thank you for your giveaways. Even if I don't win anything, it's still awfully kind of you to host them ^_^

    BTW, don't mean to sound pushy, but would it be somehow possible for you to trade me one of 'em Moltreses from your previous giveaway. I've never managed to be online with Frawg, and I don't know if I'll get the trade done ever ^^;
    Mine don't work, so you may want to try the R4 or Cyclo DS. Maybe their save state functions work for those carts.
    I seriously did! xD! I felt bad that I had to beat him after he helped my sister with her team D:

    Nah, more luck than anything, I suppose.
    You have to save more often on a flash cart. The programming that mimics a DS cartridge is not perfect and the game can freeze occasionally, which can be scary if you are in the middle of a long RNG. So far, though, the games have never frozen during frame advancements or catching afterward, but only during walking, flying, changing areas during normal game play.
    I can't advise you on the flash cart choice. I chose mine solely because it came with a gadget that would make it able to play GBA games too. I have an M3 DS Real with the adaptor.
    It's the collecting aspect. That always hooks me. I think my eldest son has the collecting bug too, because he's been playing Monster Hunter for practically a year now, collecting from the poor innocent monsters he's beating up. ;-)

    But I do like Zelda games too.... But Link always collects eight weapons and eight or so items and... Well, there you have it.
    You'd like having a flash cart. You could do your bold suicune no problem, because you make a backup of your save file onto the computer. Then you RNG suicune as often as you want for different natures, IVs and catch balls.
    Naw, it's safer to leave them on backup save files created by the game itself, when it comes to having a flash cart. Pokesaved pkm files, when you put the pokemon onto your game, don't even register on the pokedex like when you trade, for example. Plus the possibility of bad trash bytes is there, which could disqualify what once was a legit caught or bred pokemon.
    EE told me that Pokesave could give a pokemon bad trash bytes which could be problematic in later generations.
    I've been warned away from Pokesave by EE. I only use the program to view file information so far, like when I RNG SID/Ot combos, Pokesav can be useful to view the file. I do all my transfers the old fashioned trade between games way.
    Thanks. :-)

    I've decided to keep my older save file with all the shiny roamers on it as my working file for my perfect modest/timid spread. I caught them all on a copy of the file. I just have to transfer them to one game and back to the working copy.
    :-) I'll do that.

    Don't let me keep you awake, btw. I'm getting slowly toward the point where I may try sleeping again.
