Really? Doesn't seem like it would be.... You just get counter on a male lucario via riolu level up/lucario level up/ move re-learner and breed it with a female rhyhorn/rhydon/rhyperior

You could do that annoying gimmick set for raticate with sash, endeavor, and quick attack or a guts physical attacking type deal... up to you... i think raticate would be cool as you don't see any in threads... but you dont see many kangaskhans either....
