Well I saw you can RNG breed. Why can't you RNG catch? lol
Just stay in front of the legend with a synch. You have to hit your seed you want verifying it by coin flips. Then reach the frame by flipping the journal.
It's easier because you don't have NPCs and almost the frame of every legend is 1.
