Looking at the trainer card should do nothing. The only thing that might mess up your frames is if you still have any roamers. If you have none, you should be good to go.

Yeah, lolz. DPPT they're in a gigantic lake in Mt. Coronet :/ 4tiles...in a huge lake...that...plain sucks, haha.
It takes the move your opponent is about to use then you use it first at double power. o.e also your pokes are ready if you wanna come get them now. :3
