I'm trying to RNG, can we trade around at 21 o'clock (GMT+2)? About vitamins, try this (http://pokegts.us/pkm.php). Select a pokemon, moves, ability ecc. It will be cheat, but, if you select an item, each time you go on GTS you'll receive that pokemon with that item, so doing this you can have the vitamins you want :)
