As for PP Max, alot of us smogoners use them as I don't really think there is much of a problem with it. I've never encountered anybody who has had a problem with it so if anything, I believe you should be okay :).
Hahaha. We're caught in a stallfest and we both have the same pokemon as our last pokemon too. I made the mistake of not switching my pokemon out against his other pokemon and that costs me the stall that's happening right now. I think he's going to win though since he has more attacks than I do with alot of PP assuming they are maxed out.
