I found a few pokemon that you can EV train and I'll keep it rather simple:
2 timid level 50 zapdos, both with perfect IVs for either HP-Grass or HP-Ice, both with intended EVs of 252 special attack, 252 speed, 6 HP, but there is one catch: they cannot gain another level since they will be intended for any VGC 2009 format which prohibits pokemon over level 50 to compete. Usually when minimizing exp point gain, I use power items, fight the lowest level pokemon or Andrew's magikarps and give another pokemon in party the EXP Share.
