btw, since i got SS, i thought this: why not to keep a copy of every pokemon i have trained in each game. So i don't have to trade a pokemon from one game to another if i want them in that game. So my question is, if you can clone them

I've done that a lot, so I used the same adamant / jolly spread for most of my pokes. Memorizing also saves time looking for new spreads which is helpful.
