I can only find like pokes lv 46 or so and they dont always work because there could be multiple iv sets as they have yet to be narrowed down more.

To be honest, as long as its HP Flying 70 i dont care how much confusion damage it takes - its a small difference anyway
I was asking abou the OT in case it was something rude - im going to a tournament and might get kicked out for random stuff like that
Also, I would prefer it if you could use an anti pokesav OT - a trainer name using characters only available on the ds. If its too much of a problem dont worry, but Im going to be the only RNGer at the tournament and there are going to be loads of accusations flying around...
