I was learning to RNG then I had a friend help me (Buba) he said that with the frame I went for and I fished with a Good Rod I would get a Magikarp 100% of th etime but it turned out to be a Finneon. I re did it Finneon again the I tried Old Rod a fail IV spread.
It had no NPCs as it was Iron Island that is why I chose the place.
