Well, I looked into this a little more, and these pokemon are hit harder with HP fighting than any of your other moves:
-Miltank
-Ursaring
-Kangaskhan
-Cloyster
-Clefable
-Absol
-Chansey
-Ambipom
Maybe I was wrong about it not being worth it...
Just remember these are only UU pokemon. It could also have advantages over pokemon in OU and NU as well. Out of curiousity, how many SpA EV's are you planning on giving this thing (if any)?? Nature??

yes you can do that also is infected with pokerus so you only need to kill two birds and nop after 100 evs you cant give him vitamins
