Ugh, I hit my delay, but I got frame 84, must have been a little quicker than on the other tries, oh well, I'll try again and see what I get. :/
Ok, good news/bad news (though the good news is sooo much better than the bad news is bad xP)
Good News: Well, I decided to take a chance and do the 38 journal flips in case I was right about 9 being the frame. And I was right
I got frame 85
Bad News: I hit delay 1322 instead of 1324
=P (got myself a modest Gyarados with HP Fire with it's highest IV being it's 23 SDEF xP)
Yeah, and good news, my first reset to see what kind of frame I was getting, gave me a frame of 9. =D
Yeah, though I don't think I'd try this with many spreads. It'd be really annoying with a high frame, but I'm lucky that it's only frame 85. =P
Exactly, it'll be exactly like breeding, only we need to get an odd value. With so many NPC's in the area, it'll be more likely that one will move, so there's a greater chance that they advance the frame an odd amount. ^_^

Hey, I forgot why we threw out Nosepass when thinking of things with your spread. Was it because you didn't have an encounter slot for it? If so, I'll check and see if I've got one with this spread.

I have to release pokemon before every trade to clone, and I'm running out. I don;t have enough room to start breeding, so I might buy another platinum.
I was joking because of how hard it is to lock into the right egg without RNG abuse. I already told Shawk, I'm going to clone and evolve a copy of the Drowzee in Emerald to guarantee I have a copy with Insomnia. Also, you need the synchs to get the Dittos which is pretty annoying to get without RNG abuse, and no AR for Masterballs.
By the way, I don't think I'm going to be doing any Radar abuses with my Jolly spread. They recommend that you have a target frame of over 700, and my Jolly spread is between frames 70 and 128. xP
Haven't tried again yet. XD
Ack, I just realized I don't have a Calm Ditto in Emerald yet, or a synch to try and get one. xP
Oh, well, looks like a project to do tomorrow instead of tonight. Seriously, I don't know how we did it without RNG abuse. Emerald breeding is really humbling in that respect since you can't RNG what egg you lock into. :P

I can't catch a pokemon thats level 51 or higher, because I can't catch a poke at all :/

North has the NPC, South is fine (I caught my Foretress there). I could do those, I'll weigh my options, I decided to take a break and do one of the Gengars in Emerald. Tauros is an intriguing option though, as it doesn't have egg moves. =D
P.S.: I have a new 'biggest want ever,' check out my breeding projects section and see what sexy thing I'm offering 17 credits for. xP (I know you don't have this one as it's HGSS only :P I don't think anyone has even tried one of these yet though.)
I can't do a Mence, there's an NPC there, and I really don't want to contend with NPC's on my first radar abuse. =(
I was thinking of a Nidoking/Nidoqueen/HitmonX (you catch it as a Tyrogue). I suppose I could use my Bold spread on Nidoqueen, though the HP would be wasted as it learns Flamethrower/Fire Blast, or the Jolly spread on an odd Jolly Hitmon. But I wasn't necessarily going to do something shiny.
