Sorry I couldn't get back to you. I've been really busy today and then I came back to my room and fell flat on my face (took a nap). I just woke up like a half hour ago, and am going to bed in like an hour, I'm still half-asleep. xP

It could be one of two things.

1) Check and make sure that your year matches on your DS and in RNG reporter.

2) It's possible that some 10 coin flips are the same (I had that happen once), so look around manually to see if that's the case and figure out what other delay you got, because you are right, if you get even delays, you only get even delays (unless you've got a GBA game in).

Well, I always like to throw egg moves on things just for fun, even if they don't really need them. You could use the Croagunk I bred for you as the male parent, it's got three of the egg moves, and learns Faint Attack and Revenge by level up so you can replace Meditate with one of those. ^_^ I've also got a tip for you regarding egg moves. I know the first time we went through this, your Togepi forgot Nasty Plot before the egg was created. Well, what I like to do, is level up my male parent to the point where they don't learn any new moves anymore to prevent that from happening. So you can do that with the Croagunk since you'd be leveling it up to learn Revenge (I'm assuming that's the better coice :naughty:), and you want to keep all the other moves it knows. ^_^

Haha it's okay :P Don't worry about my opinions. If you like shiny mence you should go for it. I'm not a fan of a lot of shiny sprites.
