Unfortunately this is true, I remember my Shaymin plushie saying 'Arigatou deshu' for the first time and being baffled. :( It's so cute but its Japanese voice is just ???. It even says でしゅ here, wth? Also do not apologise for squealing at bunnies. I have the same reaction every time I post and see my avatar xD
Hey thanks for the comments! I hope to contribute more to The Smog for the upcoming issue, since I joined the current one really late. I think I'm kinda limited in what I can achieve on Photoshop since I'm only using a laptop's touchpad, but I'll try my best! I am also loving the sound of your Japanese perspective article by the way.
