but can i ask you something? how do you pal park your pokes? because after i pal park'd my deoxys it had trash bytes of 0 which (i think) is invalid;p

That helped a bit :). With no other programs running but VBA I can get it to sometimes speed up to about 950%
I don't think deleting thing helps that much tbh. My hardrive is about 300gb and I have less than 25% left. I'm gonna turn sound off to see how much faster it goes ;D

How much Ram does your computer have? My laptop has 4 gigabytes so that's why it goes fast plus I put the emulator on to frame skip 9 :P, my crappy dektop computer only has less than 1 gigabyte and it can only reach 120% max xD
