you know mamanbou has 40 base special attack, lol. regardless of a nature for special attack or not, it's doing shit damage to caterpies and weedles. might as well use impish for boiling water (just for the burn chance) and then use the higher base 75 attack for waterfall (lol its physical movepool is terrible though).

oh, and i just put careful on elec eel. it has a bulk up move with increasing accuracy and it seemed interesting to try.
