Jolteon outspeeds a neutral natured Scarfed Heatran. If you are positive natured, I don't know what to tell you. That Jolteon has 394 Speed; if I used such noticeable hacks as a Jolteon with over 419 Speed, I would have been reported before. But I haven't. -
