Have you caught all your roamers? If so, save 1 step in front of Azelf, set your DS and clock to 5:49:00, press A in the AR at 5:50:00, verify your seed with coin flips, open up your journal and do 2856 flips landing you on 5713, then walk up to Azelf to advance your frame to 5714. Then battle and capture Azelf and verify it's IVs. That's a very high frame.
Yes you do. What is the the target time, target frame and date for your seed? Since your RNGing an Azelf, a sweet scenter isn't needed.

Now, go to this link http://www.smogon.com/ingame/rng/dpp_rng_part4.
1. Then go to the bottom of the page and select a spread with the nature and IVs that you want your caught pokemon to have. Copy the seed and put it in RNG Reporter.
2. Make sure you pack a synchronizer with the nature you want and a sweet scenter.
3. On RNG Reporter, select Method J since you have platinum; select your synch nature and input the IVs of that seed into the IV section.
4. Then it will display the spread with a number of frames to choose from. Click "Seed to Time" and select "Generate" to find a number of target times. Adjust the year until it lands on a delay of 600 since that your calibrated delay.
Ok, your seconds are 16 and delay is 600.

Are you hitting "Yes" on the load codes screen on the AR when the clock hits a new minute? 49 seconds is way too high
For the calibration phase, tap the A button like a madman. If you're using an AR, it should take you around 15-16 seconds to get into the game.

Alright, here's what you need to do:
1. Go to a grassy area and save your game.
2. Synch your DS with an external clock with seconds and then reset your game when a new minute rolls around. Get into the game as fast as you can.
3. Catch a pokemon and enter its nature and IVs as well the time you entered the game into the Seed Finder in the RNG reporter.
4. Take a note of the delay and seconds everytime you do this.
5. Repeat 10 times and let me know your results.
Capturing is even easier than breeding. Do you an AR or rare candies to check IVs? If so I can walk you through the process. -
