holy shat thats amazing and i have a rachi my friend "RNGd" and gave to me but he does pokesav so i need some1 to check it
Indeed, I've been doing that form time to time. :)

In fact, the only part of your sig that I took was the cloning bit. :v
I hope you don't mind but I semi-copied your signature (with the cloning and all). I thought it might help me start my business a bit and build a little reputation. Tell me if you want me to take it off though. :v
Ok yeah, I thought so. And thanks, I appreciate it! It's been a long, hard process, but I'll keep trying. So I guess it's all about hitting it on the right time, eh?
Also quick question, if the Rayquaza I want has 11 frames, does that mean I advance it 9 times or 10? Because I don't think it's considered a wandering Poke, so I only have to advance 10 times.
Thanks, I appreciate it! I decided to give an estimated delay for my seconds, since RNGReporter kept throwing me off somehow. I timed how long it took me to get into a game (without AR it took 14 seconds, with AR takes 15 seconds), and I know my average delays are from 498-507. So instead I looked for monsters with a delay between 498 and 530 (just like Riski mentioned) and I found one on the 528 Delay.

So I input 15 calibrated seconds on Pikatimer, and 15 wanted seconds (since RNG gave me a seed with 17:53:15 as my time. I put my calibrated delay as 498 and my wanted delay as 528. It gave me the timer, I started the countdown, and when I was in the game, I checked Elm responses (I had to advance the frame 10 times anyway), and I thought I was completely off until I did about 5 calls, and notice I got a 529 delay instead of 528. Oh well, I'm getting better and this is fun in a sense, though!
Darn, I was trying to get Rayquaza again and I missed the delay by 1! Haha, that's ok though, I'll keep trying again.

By the way, all the codes you gave me worked like a charm. Along with that, I got the EV/IV check code, cloning, and some other good ones, all worked so far.
Yep, but I think I found my mistake. I was putting in the minute that I reset the game, not the minute I hit continue.
Ok, well I figured out that I was using Pikatimer wrong (must have forgotten how to use it already, haha), but it doesn't explain the weird delay or seconds.
