Hey Rid, I managed to get my own snorlax in a heavy ball. The reason why I was having trouble was because of the NPCs.
I've decided that I will do these two as well. Can you supply a Lapras with Dragon Dance?

my target Frame is 63, my target delay is 790, and I'm using a careful synchronizer to try to get a careful snorlax with this iv set (30/31/30/12/31/31).
my target time and date are 15:59:14 and 02/23/2010
Well...... I'm trying to rng capture my own snorlax that is blocking the path to vermillion city. You said try using the Radio to advance the frame to get the snorlax that I'm looking for and then Nexus said try using the Radio seed software to find out what frames that i got from the radio. So my question if I'm going to do this without it, how do I know if I'm getting the snorlax that i'm looking for?
Should I just find snorlax with 13 to 14 frames?
Well.... I've tried downloading the Radio seed on my laptop but none of the damn programs won't work on my laptop and I don't even know why. -
