Well I don't know about the willing to help you part lol but as far as emerald breeders go I know of eppie, bitterlemon, timetwister, and milanda off the top of my head. I think for emerald the frames are kind of what the delay is for 4th gen, so you would actually divide by 60. But yeah I'm not totally sure and it would probably be a better idea to ask one of them or someone else knowledgeable.

Whoaa what? You're going to have to be a little more specific. Frames are what you advance in-game. Delay has to do with the timing aspect, and yes, to change your delay into seconds, you would divide by 60.

target frame= the one you wanna land on
save frame= frame which your egg is saved on
monster frame= frame of pokemon you are trying to capture
roamers= Mesprit and Cresselia (for DP), Legend Birds (for Platinum + Mes and Cress), Legend Dogs and Latis (HGSS)

For egg IVs: Target - save frame/2 = # of flips
For captures= Target - monster frame - # of roamers/2 = # of flips

I believe gift pokemon are method 1. Standing legendaries such as Mewtwo are Method K (for HGSS) and Method J (for DPPt).
