Emerald RNG is pretty difficult to teach. I don't do it on one of the .files or anything that most do. The best thing for you to do is read the smogon pages about it. I can answer specific questions if you want me to after that, but its sort of hard to explain the whole topic.

well you gave it to me lvl 1 and i like switched into lvl 100 poke and nd it lvl up with EVs but switching in poke dosent effect it
