Ahhh...I don't have experience in double battles so I suppose I probably don't fully grasp what Pokemon should be using Helping Hand. I have seen Cresselia and Togekiss do it a lot in VGC battles.

I was thinking about catching a Quiet Remoraid, how about that for your Trick Room team??
Well, I don't expect my RNG catches to be unique or anything...it's just fun to do :p
I was hoping for perfect defenses on that Shellos, but it was hard to find something with the right ability. I guess I could have sacrificed some speed, but I wouldn't be using it for trick room (Maybe you will?).
