hey, this isn't really a rate, but definitely consider will-o-wisp on heatran >> explosion. your team looks slightly open to tyranitar, especially if skarm is weakened, so if you are able to burn the ttar coming in on heatran, it will make things considerably easier for your team and jirachi.
